All glory to God alone.
I am honored to receive the JCI Foundation Pin and the Phil Pugsley Patron recognition that comes with it.
JCI has given me brothers, mentors, missions, memories, and more airport stories than my sleep schedule can forgive.
But more than that, JCI has given me meaning and purpose to human life.
This pin is my way of saying thank you — and my way of sowing into the next generation of leaders.
As an angel investor, I usually invest in companies. Today, I'm investing in citizens.
Personally, I believe we stand on the shoulders of giants. Every brother who came before us laid a stone. Their ceiling is our floor. Past BODS walked so that future BODS could run.
"May pinanggalingan, kaya may patutunguhan."
I am just grateful that, at 39, I could contribute to the chapter one last time by helping the next generation stand even taller.
As Scripture says: "And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up." — Galatians 6:9
As we build toward the JCI World Congress 2026 in Clark, Pampanga — a congress I am proud to champion — this pin arrives as a fitting reminder of why we show up: not for the recognition, but for the mission.
For the chapter. For the mission. For the future of JCI.
